At this time, I do not require a deposit to book your appointment. Because of this, I kindly ask that all clients respect and adhere to my cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. This fee is final and non-refundable. However, the cancellation fee is at my discretion. I understand that life happens—if you or your child are unexpectedly ill (for example, with COVID-19 or dealing with another urgent situation), I may choose to waive the fee. Please communicate with me as soon as possible so we can work something out. Even if you are charged a cancellation fee, you are always welcome to rebook in the future. Only clients who NO CALL, NO SHOW will be charged the 30% fee AND will be banned from booking future appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. There is no penalty for changes made outside of the 24-hour window. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps me manage my time and provide the best service possible to all clients.
